Robert primarily concentrates his practice on complex corporate and commercial transactions and contracts, advising clients on corporate law matters and financial transactions. His prior experience as a tax advisor complements his extensive practice handling business formation, not-for-profit organization, and family business-succession planning, with a focus on the business needs of middle-market clients.
Robert analyzes complex aspects of business transactions for their immediate impacts and long-term effects. He routinely represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate lease-to-own transactions, industrial development association (IDA) leases, refinancing, employment matters, software license and other intellectual property agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and production contracts.
In addition to his role at Barclay Damon, Robert practices at The Matt Law Firm, PLLC, a four-attorney firm focusing on corporate and commercial transactions for its middle-market clients.
