A project-finance transactional lawyer, Frank primarily concentrates his practice on renewable energy matters, with a specific focus on solar energy. He counsels clients across the United States, representing developers, off-takers, project landlords, and financing parties. Frank advises on all energy-project-related contracts, including engineering and construction, land acquisition, fuel supply and transportation, power sales, thermal-energy sales, and financing.

Frank also handles company organization, governance, and regulation; sales and acquisitions of both asset and equity interests; real estate contracts and leases; and asset-backed financing.

In addition to his role at Barclay Damon, Frank is a partner at McCauley Lyman LLC.
