Attorney Scott Fleischer Joins Barclay Damon
February 1, 2019––Barclay Damon announces Scott Fleischer, counsel, has joined the firm.
Fleischer is a member of the Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Commercial Litigation Practice Areas, representing national real estate owners and managers in retail and restaurant bankruptcy cases. Prior to Barclay Damon, he was an attorney at Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP, where he represented creditors in bankruptcies such as Sears/Kmart, Payless ShoeSource, A&P, Toys “R” Us, Tops Friendly Markets, Ignite Restaurant Group (Joe’s Crab Shack), Bon-Ton, Sports Authority, and Southeastern Grocers. Fleischer has extensive experience advising clients in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases. He graduated cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was the Hofstra Law Review senior associate editor.
