Barclay Damon in the Community

Barclay Damon has a long and rich history of giving back to the communities we serve. Whether by providing pro bono legal services to people in need, by working to promote diversity and inclusion, or by contributing time, talent, and financial support to local charitable, educational, and civic organizations, our commitment to make a difference is always a top priority.

One example among many is our active participation in the Syracuse and Buffalo Say Yes to Education programs. Attorneys in both cities provide pro bono legal services in a range of areas to parents and families of student in these urban school districts. We also have successful pipeline programs designed to provide minority students with internship opportunities at the firm.

Barclay Damon has three signature programs in place that allow us to effectively work together to further the firm’s goals of making our communities and our workplaces stronger, healthier, and more inclusive. They are our Pro Bono, Diversity & Inclusion, and Women’s Forum programs. In addition to our work through these programs, our attorneys and staff serve on the boards of many organizations and provide other types of volunteer support. Whether through firm-sponsored programs or individually, community support is always a major part of what we do.
